When the website URL address begins with "https", you know that you're on an SSL protected page and the website is secure.
All Other Matters:
- Prices published do not include installation.
- We are GST registered effect from 23 Feb 2024. GST Registration 202314351C
- Do contact us if you require installation or handyman/electrician services.
- All lamps do not include bulbs unless otherwise stated.
- Due to space constraints, we do not keep multiple stocks for light fittings and pendant lamps at our studio for Cash & Carry, please do contact us before you come by with urgent request in order to avoid disappointment.
- Delivery charges apply to all products (Except for orders made during FREE SHIPPING Promotion Periods or purchase amount totalling $300 and above)
a)Smaller Items that can be posted by local mail (please request), we are happy to do so (up to 600g) - between $2.00 to $3.80 per Item
b)Medium sized items - $12 - $25 Flat per Trip
c)Heavy Items - $80 Per Trip
- All FREE SHIPPING promotions apply only to Local (Singapore) address.
- We usually ship your orders in 3 - 5 working days if the stocks are available, otherwise, we will be in contact with you to make further arrangements. You are welcome to contact us prior to your order if lead time is of concern to you.
- We ship OVERSEAS too! Get in touch with us and we will be happy to work out the charges for you.
- Our Sales Studio accepts payment by CASH/PayNow/Bank Transfer
- Our Online Store accepts payment via Credit Card/PayPal/Cryptocurrency(Bitcoin/Litecoin/Dogecoin) or Bank Transfer/PayNow/Shopback* only.

- All deposits made & Goods Sold are not refundable, returnable (unless found defective within 7 days) & exchangeable.
- We are unable to accept any exchanges or provide any refunds for items that have already been installed, please kindly confirm that the goods are in acceptable condition before proceeding to install them.
- Cancellations are not allowed for all Goods Ordered.
- Items are subject to availability, unless a deposit/full payment has been received, the lead time & price are subject to changes without notice.
- All Light fittings come with a 1 year (Carry-in) Structural Warranty by MANUFACTURER. All Bulbs carries a 1 year or published usage hours (whichever expires first) Carry-in Warranty.
** LED Bulbs are rated between 10K to 25K hours of usage depending on models.
***PLUMENS® are rated at 8K hours of usage.
- Some of our products may be repaired and serviceable locally beyond warranty period. Contact us for more details.
- All Rate Values are based on average performance, individual products may vary.
- Unless otherwise stated, a good portion of our featured pendant lights are replicas/reproduction, meaning they may look very much like the originals but are manufactured to specifications that do not infringe any trademarks or patents held by the original manufacturers. In short, you get to enjoy the creativity of the original designers, at a portion of the price.
- All Goods sold are presumed to be received in good condition & order. Customers are encouraged to check the physical items upon receiving. Any request for exchange thereafter will only be considered on a case by case basis.
-Buyer’s Remorse:
Purchaes over $50 will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Buyers will also have to pay return shipping. We only accept buyer’s remorse returns within the first 7 days of purchase. The customer must provide proof of purchase. Returns must be shipped back together with the original packaging.
