If you're planning to visit our studio and would like to discuss your floor plan, please send it to us via Whatsapp. We'll then work with you to arrange a suitable time for your visit.

We’ve had customers start making their way over even before receiving an appointment confirmation—only to be disappointed when we’re out on-site or the right specialist isn’t available. To avoid such situations, please wait for us to confirm your appointment before even making your way down.

Special Note:  Dear valued customers, due to the limited resources and also the crowds expected on weekends and public holidays, we encourage you drop by during weekdays if you intend to engage us to go through your floor plans,etc.  That way, we can ensure adequate time and attention is given to you.  We on the other hand, would be able to attend to other walk-in customers in a timely and orderly manner.  Thank You for your cooperation!

By Car and Parking (There are NO parking facilities in building)
  • Balestier Plaza Car Park (400 Balestier Road)
    • Location: Right next door (1-minute walk)
    • Details: Convenient open-air and indoor parking options available.
  • Golden Wall Flatted Factory (2 Jalan Rajah)
    • Location: Directly behind the building (2-minute walk via the rear gate)
    • Details: Automated carpark accessible via Jalan Rajah. Offers convenient courtyard and ramp parking options.
  • Zhongshan Mall Car Park (20 Ah Hood Road)
    • Location: Around a 4-minute walk away
    • Details: Large, modern underground parking facility that is highly spacious and reliable.
By Public Transport (MRT and Bus)
  • Via Novena MRT Station (NS20): Take Exit A, then transfer to Bus 130 or 131 along Balestier Road. Alight at the "Bef Balestier Plaza" bus stop.
  • Via Toa Payoh MRT Station (NS19): Head to the Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and take Bus 139 or 145. Alight at the "Opp Public Mansion" bus stop.
