Return/Refund Policy

At Threecubes, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened smart sensors, used cables, consumables).

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a 1-for-1 exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • No expedited shipping is available for returns or exchanges. We will provide you with a return postage label that uses standard local delivery (2–4 working days).

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will send out the replacement using the same shipping method (2–4 working days).

3. Change of Mind

  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.

4. Warranty Claims

  • Many of our products come with a 12 to 24-month manufacturer warranty (as indicated on the product page).

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer’s process, and we will assist you through it.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@threecubes.com.sg with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, except for defective/incorrect items.
